The Perfect Festival or Event Catering Package
The "A" Team; simply put, the Perfect Food Truck Package for Small to Medium Size Festivals and Private Event Catering. Promoters and Event Organizers, Dawg House Concessions can save you the time and risk of sourcing a trio of food trucks to cater your festival or event. We have assembled the "Perfect" trio, of the most sought after food purveyors in Citrus County, which can either cater to your entire event, with a capacity of 2,500-5,000 in daily festival attendance or 2,000 in full scale catering attendance, as a full package, or may be contracted as an add on package to your current inventory of food purveyors.

How to Contact Us
Yes, if you wish to Contract us as a package for a Mini Festival or event to 2,000-5,000 in attendance. If required, we can contract additional major food, single item niche food trucks, such as Pizza, BBQ, Tacos, Grilled Cheese, and additional desert purveyors (Ice Cream, Donuts, Funnel Cakes & Corn Dogs), to add options, and to serve the largest of crowds.
Festival: We will consider most types of festivals.
Private Events & Catering: We especially favor performance and athletic competitions, corporate fundraisers, grand openings, customer and employee appreciation days and most other private functions
Festivals: To contract all three for the same day; generally, 1000 per day for a weekday and 1,500 per day for a weekend(Restrictions may apply)
Private Events & Catering: To contract all three for the same day;Generally 250 for a weekday and 500 for a weekend (Restrictions may apply)
Festivals: None for most festivals, as we are generally paid by the customer on a per order basis. We may require a deposit for start up, first year events with newly established promoters.
Private Events & Catering: We may require a deposit of 50% with the balance, due upon completion for catering services, to cover the costs of food, staffing and travel.
Single Day Events: Generally, within 75-100 miles of 34453
Multi Day Events: Generally, anywhere in the state of FL
We ask you please reach out to us, well in advance of your target event date. We will NEVER send out a "B" team to your event. Even though we have multiple food trucks and catering platforms, we book many months in advance, and are returning vendors for many venues in 2019 and beyond. In addition, we will always have a partner or field manager (Chef) present, to Manage the entire operation, i,e,; load in, set up, serving, clean up, and load out. To insure the best possible service and availability, please reach out to us many months in advance.

We've served at events such as, the Daytona Beach National Collegiate Cheerleading and Dance Competition for the CIty of Daytona Beach, to the various Bikes Festivals in Daytona, Sarasota and the Panhandle, to many of the states most popular Fine Arts Shows (LeMoyne Chain of Parks, Leesburg, Ft Myers, St Johns River), several County Fairs, and the wildest Music Festivals and Concerts, such as, the Tampa Bay Margarita and Rum Festivals. As well, we have served and continue to serve, at many of the favorite local events, such as, The Cooter, Floral City Strawberry, Pirate, and all of the local Light Up Festivals to name a few. Our clients range from Local and State Government Agencies, Colleges and Schools, to hundreds of Chamber, Corporate, and Promotional Organizations throughout the state.
