FESTIVAL AND EVENT CATERING & CONCESSIONS
MENU SPACE: DH Concessions, and it's Brands below, contracts as either a "Main Foods Vendor" or "Single Item Vendor". For certains Festivals, Dawg House Concessions will contract multiple locations and brands, introducing multiple platforms to an established festival.
Options: As a "Main Foods Vendor", under the "Dawg House Grill" brand, we offer a stacked menu, with something for everyone in the family, including veggie options for our most popular "Philly" Sandwiches and Mac & Cheese Bowls.
Dads and Moms can feed the entire family at one stop, vs. visiting multiple stands or trucks to satisfy the family.
Quality: We use only fresh (Not canned or frozen) meats and veggies, and cook to order everything, resulting in Restaurant Quality Food, at a festival setting. Our Burgers are made with fresh Angus Beef, and our Steak Sandwiches (Philly’s) are made with freshly shaved Rib Eye or Prime Rib Steak. Our Mac & Cheese Bowls are made on the spot, using our own technique of recooking each portion, resulting in the best Mac & Cheese Bowls in a festival environment. Introduce options such as Shrimp Mac, Veggie Mac, etc., etc., and our Mac Bowls become the best on the Planet!
Portions: Everyone compliments our portions. Our regular size Mac Bowls are 2 lbs, our burgers are ½ & 1lb cuts, and our steak, chicken and sausage Philly’s are made with 8-10 oz of fresh meats; even our hand cut fries are portioned larger than most.
Price Point/Value: For the quality and portions customers receive, we are one of the most competitively priced food purveyors in the industry.
Capacity: 40-50 MPH! We fully understand the importance of balance between Presentation, Quality of Food, and Capacity to Serve Volume. We take capacity very seriously, and will always truck enough cooking and refrigeration equipment, and the staff to handle army size crowds; maintaining a benchmark of 2-3 minute turn times on our Main Foods Cooked to Order Items, and less than 2 minutes, on our Niche Brands Menus, such has Mac & Cheese. This results in an average of 40-50 meals per hour, for our typical 4-5 man crew, and 20' foot mobile kitchen platform, serving our full "Major Food Menu" and a whole lot more with our Niche Menus.
Statistics: Dawg House is always in the top 10% busiest of food vendors at every show we contract, regardless of event type, or venue location. We are told time and time again, “The Best Burger”; “The Best Philly”; “The Best Mac Bowls”. Many customers see us for lunch, again for dinner, and back again the next day to try something else from our Menu. Many ask to take meals home to their friends and family. We truly believe we’ve captured our market share, and it’s not because of fancy signs, expensive truck wraps, and a carnival style - well lit up booth, but because we truly serve an excellent meal, at an affordable price point, and we offer menu items you just don’t see at an everyday event. Sure, every venue has burgers and cheesesteaks, but very few, cook to order ½ & 1lb gourmet burgers, offer fresh prime rib or rib eye steak sandwiches, and when was the last time you saw a full line of gourmet mac and cheese bowls?
PREFERRED EVENT TYPE:
Multi Day Venues: DHC will consider most event types, ranging from Multi-Day Music Festivals & Concerts, Motorcycle Festivals, Performance Competitions, Arts & Craft Shows, Holiday Festivals, Fund Raisers, and Cultural Events.
Single Day & Community Events: DHC will also consider single day events between Mon - Fri, and carefully selects the right Sat or Sun Single Day Functions.
AREA OF OPERATION: DHC will serve at events throughout the state of Florida, strategically scheduling venues to coincide with our current commitments. Our ideal range in the heart of "Festival Season" (Sep 15th - Jul 15th) covers the entire state of Florida, with a major presence in the areas of Orlando, Tampa, Ocala, Ft Myers, JAX, Tallahassee, Daytona and the Palm Beaches. Between July 15th and Sep 15th, DHC travels outside of Florida to serve at northern festival markets

Since a very young age, cooking has always been our passion, and we cook and serve every meal, as if we were doing so for ourselves.
We did not hire a professional artist or a photographer to create perfect pictures for us to display. 2019 SCHEDULING NOTICE
For the 2019 Season DH Concessions is actively contracting “Holy Macaroni” under a 15' Canopy; or our winning combination of "Holy Macaroni and "Planet Philly" under a 30' Canopy or two 15' Canopy at different locations within a venue
Duration of Events: DH is only contracting multi-day events. Single day exceptions are made for Independence Day Celebrations; or off season events between 7/16 – 9/14.
Food Truck or Canopy Notice: DH Concessions will NO LONGER serve from it’s Food Trucks for ANY multi-day events, instead, we will be serving from either a 15’ or 30’ Commercial Festival Canopy, based on the brand contracted, event and venue. Food Trucks will only be used for smaller single-day functions, such as truck rallies, seasonal & holiday events, performance events, etc.; or during the week; or off season events from 7/16 – 9/14.
